This book is a collection of multi-residue methods that have been taken from previously publishing methods and either modified and/or adapted for use in China¡¯s Residue Minitoring Programme. It includes eight analytical methods covering the analysis and determination of 650 pesticide residues in plant and animal products, twenty-five analytical methods for the analysis of 107 veterinary drug residues in animal products and 14 analytical methods for the analysis of 53 veterinary drug residues in apiculture products. The eight multi-reside pesticide methods are applicable to the analyses of 650 pesticide residues in fruits, vegetables, grains, honey, fruit juices and animal tissues. The 25 multi-residue methods for the analyses of 107 veterinary drug resides in foods of animal origin are applicable to bovine, porcine, ovine, poultry and aquatic species, while the 14 multi-residue methods are applicable to the determination of 53 veterinary drug residues in apiculture products.
