In this book are recrded 402 species and subspecies of Crustacea from Zhejiang province, they belong to 2 subclass, 4 order, 69 families and 211 genera.
The research history, faunistical distributions, morphological description and economic values of Crustacea are included in this book general account. The systematic accounts are in accordance with systematic crustacea to describe the main characteristics of all the species and families, including keys to their identification. In addition, the collection and manufacture of crustacea specimens, the breeding of economic shrimps and crabs were discussed in the appendix. The book also contains 418 line-drawings and 24 photochromes.
