The Three Gorges Project, the largest water conservancy pivotal project
in the world today, is located at Sandouping of Yichang City in the middle
part of Xiling Gorge. This project can fully exploit the hydraulic resources
in the Three Gorges of Yangtze River. When the Three Gorges project is
