【Introduction】
Plant-parasitic nematodes cause severe disease of certain crops. Biological control has received considerable attention in recent years. A commercial biological control Industry has been developing. The traditional biological control is emphases the actions of parasites, predators, and pathogens in maintaining another organism’s density at a lower average than would occur in their absence. But the broad sense of biological control is the use of natural or modified organisms, gene, or gene products to reduce the effects of undesirable organisms, and to favor desirable organism. Biological control is high potential alternative for management of nematode pests. The natural enemies of nematodes have been extensively investigated and evaluated in biocontrol of nematode pests. Several commercial products for nematode control have been developed. The effective screening evaluating system as well as application measures for biological control agents should be emphases in the future research.
