This work, The Endemic Genera of Seed Plants of China represents the first account of the endemic genera of seed plants of the whole of China. China is one of the countries that have various seed plants , having a flora exceeding 25,000 species of seed plants representing 3116 genera in 301 families, including gymnosperms and angiosperms. This book synthetically introduces the account of the endemic genera and discusses the causes of their formation and distribution. Chapter 1 and 2 deal with the general introduction of the endemic, including the general concept of the endemic genera; Chapter 3 discusses the 243 endemic genera with illustrations, key to species, habitat data, economic uses and distribution maps for each genus. This book gives a complete presentation to the scholars and readers engaged or interested in this field.
