Moths of Nanheng Part 2本書延續第一冊，描述南橫公路路段夜蛾總科蛾類相，補述第一冊未收錄的小鱗翅類，並描述新種與新紀錄種。The “Moths f Nanheng Part I”dealt with 22 families and 907 species while this book deals with 22 families and 1013 species. Deducting 1 family that is duplicated in the two volumes, therefore, the taotal list of the moth species found in the Nanheng Area contains 1920 species belonging to 43 families.All the identified species from the Nanheng Area are included. In addition, the genera and species, that are rare, uncommon or have no clear taxonomic explanation or bionomics previously, are discussed. Several new taxa (including 14 new species) are described from the Nanheng or other areas in Taiwan or Japan. 29 species are newly recorded from different habitats of Taiwan and other areas. Altogether 22 moth families and 1013 species are recorded and illustrated in this book. An additional note is given if the species does not occur in Nanheng Area.
