（2） Risk estimation： determine the probability distribution of basic elements of one risk factor based on the subjective or objective probability， calculate the probability distribution or cumulative probability of benefit index， predicted value and standard deviation by the probability theory and mathematical statistics according to the possibility and influence extent of risk basic elements， and determine the probability distribution of main risk factors or compound risks.
（3） Risk appraisal： analyze the risk source based on the results ofrisk identification and estimation， judge the risk acceptability by the appraisal criterion， find out the key risk factors and determine the overall risk level of the project.The appraisal criterion of a project risks shall be determined by the possibility ofrisk occurrence and the loss caused thereby.Generally， the probability distribution or cumulative probability of benefit index， predicted value and standard deviation are used as the appraisal criterion， and the compound risk classification may be applied as the appraisal criterion.The risks may be classified with the matrix list.
（4） Risk response： study the measures for avoiding， controlling and preventing risks and propose the control basis for whole—process risk management.
