This book deals with 74 species belonging to 11 genera. Among of them, 22 new species or subspecies and 2 new genera of Chionaspidini identified, in which an old generic name Phenacaspis is temporally retained as valid in virtue of the repealing ground to be considered still insufficient.  Text language in Chinese with Latin name,  new species are described in English.
