Archaeological Discovery and Study of Fossil Anthropology and Paleolithic Culture in China (1901-2000) -Part II volume of the Northeast《东北地区卷》系国家课题《中国化石古人类和旧石器文化考古发现与研究》的第二部阶段性成果。本卷旨在对20世纪100年中举凡确有科学记录在案的东北地区古人类化石和旧石器文化的考古发现与研究、地貌和地层、遗物及形态、伴生动物群、古生态环境、断代和定年，旁及重要人物事件，均以史笔逐一详加论列，使之成为系统和有条理的事物，也是对旧石器文化研究的拓展和延伸。书中还充分吸收第四纪研究中的地质学、地层学、孢粉学、年代学以及古生物学、古气候学、环境生态学和岩溶洞穴学等多学科的已有成就，并汇集重要参考文献1000余条，附以岩性地层、孢粉图式、器物标本等正文墨线插图400幅，精选图版124码。文献和信息含量宏富，征引翔实、系统。 本书是国内从事古人类学和旧石器文化科研、教学及田野工作的专家学者案头必备的工具书，也可供文博、考古、高校、情报和图书馆领域内的读者们阅读、参考。

(4) Fossil specimen of Human Thighbone Was Discovered in Early Summer 1982 in Qingshantou, Northern Chaganpao, Qianguo County, Baicheng Prefecture
(5) The Paleolithic Cultural Remains were Discovered Bwtween Spring and Summer 1988 in Hongzuizi, the Southern suburb of Changchun City
