The present volume deals with a faunal work of living sipunculans and echiurans collected from the Chinese waters. A total of 41 species of sipunculans and 11 species of echiurans are described, belonging to 13 genera in 6 families and 8 genera in 2 families, respectively.
This volume includes two parts: a comprehensive survey and a systematic description. In PartⅠ, the author outlines the historical review, morphology, systematics, chorology, ecology and biology, phylogeny and economic importance. In PartⅡ, the author presents a detailed account of morphological features, habitat, geographical distribution and systematics discussion.
