China. This volume comprises two main parts, in the first part, general
accounts of historical review of the studies, external morphology and
internal structure ( including digestive, nervous, reproductive, circulatory,
respiratory and excretory systems), general biology(including food and
feeding, locomotion, defence, life cycles, reproduction and larval development),
phylogeny and faunal characteristics, and tendency of Opisthobranchia
differentiation are described. In the second part, detailed account of
the Chinese Cephalaspid fauna including diagnosis, morphiological and
biological characteristics, and geographical distribution of each species,
as well as the keys to all taxonomic categories, are given.

A total of 9 genera, 154 species and subspecies of Phaedusinae and 1 genus,
2 species of Neniinae is dealt with in the present issue. Among them,
26 species are discovered and described as new to science. It is noted
that five genera, tropidauchenia, Grandinenia, Nesiophaedusa, streptodera
and Reinia, with a very few member of only one to two species, may be
confined to the collection and the further work should be done to complete
it. The present issue is divided into five sections. In the first part,
the taxonomic history of clausiliidae, some methods for collecting an
preparing for the specimens are briefly reviewed. The morphology and biology
of the group are dealt with in the following two sections. A list of Chinese
clausillis species and their distribution including the analysis of the
zoogeography are offered in the fourth section. in the fifth section,
all known and newly discovered Chinese clausillid species are described
in detail and the figures are given to each species. The keys to Chinese
genera and to the species of the group are also offered in the last part.

The present work deals with the species
of the Superfamily Mytilacea found from Chinese waters. A total of 73
species belonging to 23 genera in two families are described. Of these,
one subgenus and one species are new to science. This volume is divided
into two parts: in part 1, the author outlines the historical review,
morphology, systematic, geographical distribution, biology and economic
uses. In part 2, the author presents a detailed account of morphological
feature, habitats and economic uses of families, genera and species. The
scientific names for a few species are discussed and revised, and the
keys to all taxonomic categories are given. With 98 text-figures, 28 distribution

The present volume deals with a faunal work of the living trochacean gastropods
collected from the Chinese waters. A total of 105 species are described,
belonging to 45 genera in 8 families. Of these, 5 species are new to science.
This volume is divided into two parts: a comprehensive survey and a wystematic
description. In part one, the author outlines the historical review, morphology,
systematics, chorology, biology and importance of trochacean gastropods.
In part two, the author presents a detail account of morphological features,
biological characteristics, geographical distribution and economic uses
of species. The scientific names for a few species are discussed and revised,
and the keys to all taxonomic categories are given. Moreover, the author
summed up the main research of trochacean gastropods that published in
China, and add on the new biological data to the important economic species.
Following families are described:
TROCHACEA RAFINESQUE: Trochidae Rafinesque, Calliostomatidae Golikov,
Angariidae Golikov, Stomatellidae Gray, Cyclostrematidae Fischer, Skeneidae
Golikov, Turbinidae Rafinesque, Phasianellidae Swainson.
