Industrial Geography of China is a component of the Series Monographs of China's Geography under edition by Science Press, Beijing. On the basis of a systematic assessment of resources condition for China's industrial development and summarization of the historical experiences, the authors of this book made an overall exposition of th eprofound industrial changes which occurred in the People's Rupublic of China since the early 1950s and of the basic features of current geographical distribution of China's industry and also gave a detailed description about the development process and spatial pattern of major industrial sectors and the industrial structure of seven macro economic regions.With 77 tables and 40 maps, the book includes introduction and 17 chapters.
