 This volume contains 19 treatises on the Heihe Basin Field Experiment (HEIFE), which is a Sino—Japanese cooperational investigation program.
It mainly includes six special subjects:

1. observation on the turbulent fluxes in surface layer and structure of the planetary boundary layer;
