The volume is divided into two parts: in part one, authors
outline the brief history morphology, ecology, and geographical distribution;
in part two, a total of 206 species of offshore radiolaria in China is
described. Of these, Nasellaria are 188 speceis (include 3 new) belonging
to 83 genera in 24 families; Phaeodaria are 18 species (include 2 uncertain)
belonging to 13 genera in 9 families. All tatal 96 gnera in 33 families.
