This book is a summary of more than 30 years. It will guide the readers
to drive some new concepts from the traditional data processing. Specific
and new methods shall be initiated for the forecasting workers, such as
monic polynomial, principle of commensur ability, and negation of randomness,
which should bring the best information fidelity. Many examples cited
in the book may provoke great interest in public and scientific community.
