       调查区位于青藏高原腹地羌塘地区中北部。本次调查主要成果:厘定了测区大地构造格架和构造一地层分区,建立和完善了测区构造一地层划分系统;在江爱达日那地区新发现一套出露较完整的三叠系地层剖面;对前泥盆系变质岩进行了解体和重新厘定;对南羌塘地xEJ:--叠统肖茶卡群进行了重新厘定,重新厘定了康托组、唢呐湖组地质时代归属;对不同时期火山岩和中酸性侵入岩体进行了系统的研究;利用构造解析方法,对岩石中不同期次构造变形形迹及组合进行研究和识别;合理划分了测区次级构造单元,系统收集了测区内各次级构造单元内部变形特征;重建龙木错一双湖洋盆构造古地理格局;通过综合分析,将测区地质发展演化划分为7个阶段。
    本书可供从事地层古生物、构造地质和区域地质调查的生产、科研人员及高等院校相关专业师生参考使用。
