In this paper, the writer has established eight assemblage zones of these small shelly fossils for the early-middle Early Cambrian, with a discussion on the structural morphology, biological taxonomy, systematic evolution, genetic relationship and stratigraphic significance of these various fossil groups and descriptions of 85 genera (including 8 new genera) and 117 species (including 19 new species) separately belonging to 29 families (including 2 new families), 13 orders (including 2 new orders), 7 classes and 15 various groups, such as Hyolitha, Annelida, Coelenterata, tommotiids, coeleoscleritophorans, Porifera, zhijinitids, chancelloriids, Mollusca, paracarinachitids, Arthropoda, Cyanobactoria, tubular fossils, conodont-like fossils, and globular fossils.
