Late Cenozoic Strata Microfossils and Geological Environment Evolution in the Nihewan Basin本书对泥河湾裂谷盆地50余年积累的44条剖面、6个钻孔晚新生代地层和微体古生物(介形类、有孔虫)进行了综合对比研究,查明了晚新生代地层分布特征和地层层序,海相世系介形类、有孔虫的分布层位与海侵(海泛)无关联,而是通过空中渠道(风、鸟、兽)传播至内陆盐湖,致使能适应相关环境的种类生存繁衍;由老到新(上新世-晚更新世)建立了Ⅰ-Ⅴ介形类组合带;对岩石地层单位的地质时代和区域对比,旧石器文化遗存地层的分布及形成环境,区域地质构造、盆-山断裂构造特征,泥河湾裂谷断陷盆地及古湖的形成—消亡的深部机理和环境演化进行了探讨;系统描述了介形类26属70余种,有孔虫3属3种。 本书可供从事第四纪地质、微体古生物(介形类、有孔虫)的研究人员和有关大专院校专业的师生及相关管理人员参阅。
