Color Flora of the Sichuan Panzhihua Cycas National Nature Reserve in the Valley of the Jinsha River in Southwest China, Sichuan Panzhihua Cycas National Nature Reserve is the most important place for the research of cycas, as it has the most expansive distribution of cycas with location northernmost and the highest altitude in Eurasian continent. Furthermore, over 20 different kinds of rare and endangered plants such as Trachycarpus nana, Nouelia insignis, Hemipilia flabellate and helleborine also grow in the Natural Reserve, endowing this area with great significance in the research of flora and species diversity in dry and hot valley.
