Fossil fishes are abundant in the late Mesozoic voleano-sedimentary formation in Zhejiang province. During the last two decades, numerous specimens have been collected by the local field parties and the writers. The materials dealt with in this paper were eollected from about sixty localities.
Ten genera and 10 species of 9 families are deseribed, among them three families and seven genera are new.
