Primary Color Atlas of Common Marine Organisms in China: Fishes本书遴*了我*沿海常见的海洋鱼类2纲15目85科138属172种。其中，大部分种类具有重要经济价值，如日本带鱼、大黄鱼、镰鲳等；有一部分种类虽然食用价值不高，但具有较高的观赏*，如豆娘鱼、镰鱼、狐篮子鱼等；还有很少种类，尽管经济价值不高，也不具观赏*，却是我国沿海很常见的种类，如犬牙缰虾虎鱼。书中每一物种都有简明扼要的形态特征描述与清晰精美的彩色照片相对应，方便图文对照。对每个物种的地理分布、生态习*和经济*值也做了简单介绍。同时，为了便于查询，还提供了别名(包括曾用名)。
